Responsible Business Manager

Description:

Team London Bridge is seeking a passionate and strategic Interim Responsible Business Manager to join their dynamic organization for a maternity cover role. Working 2–3 days per week from the office, this is a 10–12 month fixed-term opportunity where you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that drive social impact, sustainability, and community development across one of London’s most exciting business districts.

You’ll be responsible for leading projects that support responsible business practices, engaging stakeholders from various sectors to promote sustainability, ethical operations, and inclusive community partnerships. From working with local schools and charities to facilitating volunteer programs and environmental initiatives, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference at the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of responsible business programs, including community engagement, volunteering, and sustainability efforts.

• Collaborate with local organizations, schools, charities, and businesses to deliver mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Coordinate events, campaigns, and workshops to promote CSR values across the district.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with Team London Bridge’s strategic goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of community projects and prepare reports for senior leadership.

• Serve as a local champion for sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and social equity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement roles.

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Passionate about driving social impact and responsible business practices.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of impactful initiatives.

• Available for a 2–3 day/week part-time commitment in London.
