British Garden Centres are looking for friendly and confident Restaurant Team Members to join their busy and welcoming restaurant at Horncastle Garden Centre. The role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring great customer service, and supporting all restaurant duties.

You will be responsible for serving customers, clearing tables, washing up, sweeping and mopping, making drinks, operating a computerized till system, handling money, and supporting the team in meeting the fast-paced demands of the business. Flexibility is essential, as hours include weekends and the ability to adapt to peak times is required.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a similar hospitality role. You must be friendly, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
