Risk Director

Description:

They are looking for someone who has ideally worked on building a Risk function in a growing Fintech, Challenger Bank/Lender or Payments business. Ideally with experience across different Risk types, but a strong background in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk.

Essential Skills

• Strong Risk Background (Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk experience is important)
• Worked in a Fintech, Challenger Bank, Challenger Lender
• Strong stakeholder management
• Regulatory expertise and confidence to work with the regulator
• Ideally have Payments experience, Acquiring is desirable.
• Has strong management experience
• Managed a team previously
