Robotics Field Technician

Description:

We’re hiring a Robotics Field Technician | 1 opening | Birmingham & customer sites

An empty restaurant is easy to map. The real test is whether the robot can get from the kitchen to table four, stop in the right place and make its way back while the team is working.

That’s the kind of work you’ll do at BodyBot. You’ll walk the site with the customer, map routes and stopping points, set up the robot and test it on the floor. You’ll also run live demos, teach staff how to operate and stop the robot safely, and troubleshoot when a route or connection doesn’t behave as expected.

We’d like to hear from practical problem-solvers with experience in field service, electronics, IT installations or robotics. Being able to explain a fix to a customer matters as much as finding it.
