As Up Top Roofing continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Roofing Contracts & Operations Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong roofing knowledge who is ready to take ownership of projects, manage operations and play an important role in the continued growth of our business.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a range of domestic and commercial roofing projects, helping to ensure works are planned, organised and delivered efficiently from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and scheduling multiple roofing projects

• Coordinating roofing teams, materials and scaffolding

• Carrying out site visits and liaising with customers

• Managing project costs and profitability

• Overseeing day-to-day operations

• Taking ownership and helping drive projects forward
