A dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in link-building services is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead their client acquisition and retention efforts. With a reputation for helping businesses grow through cutting-edge SEO strategies, the agency is expanding its team and looking for a sales professional who is passionate about digital marketing and client relationship management.
In this role, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for qualifying and closing leads via various channels including email, phone, and social media. You will be the face of the company for new clients, maintaining and strengthening long-term partnerships while consistently achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal marketing and sales teams will be key in tailoring proposals to meet client needs. Industry engagement through events and networking will also be part of the role, helping to boost visibility and open new business opportunities.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly SEO and link-building services, and be confident in communicating the value of these offerings. Tools such as AHREFs, SEMrush, Majestic, and CRM platforms like Salesforce are beneficial. The role requires a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively qualify and close sales leads across various channels
Foster and manage long-term client relationships for retention and growth
Meet or surpass sales targets with excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing proposals
Attend events to build industry presence and business connections
Understand and promote SEO and link-building service offerings
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing and telesales
Strong knowledge of SEO, link-building, and digital marketing practices
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Familiarity with marketing tools (AHREFs, SEMrush, Majestic) and Salesforce is a plus
