As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the home-buying and selling journey, supporting clients from initial inquiry through to the final transaction. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.

• Conduct property viewings and provide well-informed, professional advice.

• Negotiate sales offers between buyers and sellers to ensure fair and efficient transactions.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to guide them through each stage of the sales process.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in property sales and estate agency, with additional knowledge of lettings considered advantageous.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a confident and friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client needs efficiently.

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A valid UK driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is essential.
