This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong salesperson who enjoys building relationships, qualifying leads and helping drive business growth within one of the UK's fastest-growing property sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying and managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Building rapport with prospective tenants and understanding their requirements
• Booking viewings and appointments for the lettings team
• Generating and nurturing new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM
• Working closely with colleagues to maximise conversions
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to handover

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role
• Estate Agency or Lettings experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, resilient and eager to progress within a growing business
