Sales Director

Description:

ServiceNow is a global leader in enterprise cloud software, empowering organizations through AI-enhanced, cloud-based platforms. The Sales Director will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Associates (ESAs) and work closely with Enterprise Field Reps and other teams to drive digital sales. Responsibilities include managing sales quotas, coaching and motivating the sales team, facilitating sales processes, analyzing workflows, and helping the team meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Sales Associates

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

• Conduct coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, and team meetings

• Participate in customer and prospect calls to help close deals

• Analyze and improve customer outreach and pipeline management processes

• Execute hiring, onboarding, and training of sales team members

• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution consultants, sales operations, marketing, etc.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and business objectives

• Utilize internal technology and sales automation tools

• Occasional travel for customer meetings or training

About You:

• Proven sales leadership with success in closing deals and quota achievement

• Experience in software sales, SaaS, cloud computing, or subscription business models

• Skilled in sales automation, engagement tools, and KPI-driven management

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

• Positive, energetic, and motivating leadership style

• Experience growing relationships with executives internally and externally
