Sales Executive

Lookers Maidstone Mercedes-Benz is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join its passionate and friendly on-site sales team. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, Steven Johnson, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets in one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer suitable vehicle solutions, arrange test drives, and negotiate sales, ensuring every interaction upholds Lookers’ first-class standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via email, phone, and in person to build lasting relationships.

• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customers’ requirements.

• Arrange and accompany customers on vehicle test drives.

• Negotiate sales prices and secure agreements.

• Complete all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Ambitious and hard-working, with a passion for the automotive industry.

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential – fresh talent welcome.

• Full UK driving licence required (ability to drive prestige vehicles).
