Sales & Implementation Coordinator

 

Description:

The Sales & Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organisation to provide sales and customer care support through a series of activities directly linked to the retention and development of existing and potential customers.

This position reports to the Sales & Implementation Coordinator Team Lead and is part of the Sales & Implementation Team located in Crawley and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
 

  • Work closely with Medical Sales Specialists (MSS) to maintain, develop and grow Radiometer’s business.
  • Manage and coordinate implementation projects for implementations, across all product lines in collaboration with other teams.
  • Scheduling appointments for sales, implementations, and training.
     

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
 

  • Account management / Customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to focus on multiple projects working to deadlines
     

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
 

  • Account management/ customer service experience
  • Online communication platforms (MS Teams)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft CRM is an advantage
