Sales Manager

 

Description:

Established Search are supporting the growth of a fast-growing, internationally recognised medical technology company who are seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the South West of England, with a strong focus on London.

 

You will drive both new business acquisition and expansion in existing accounts, supporting the adoption of innovative cardiovascular diagnostic solutions across NHS and private healthcare systems. You’ll work closely with clinicians and hospital leadership to support clinical programmes and ensure successful integration of this technology into cardiac pathways.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prospect, engage, and close new accounts across the territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Grow utilisation and adoption within existing sites.
  • Build long-term relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.
  • Support education, training, and clinical pathway development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Implementation, Market Access, Product).

 

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Proven healthcare sales success, ideally in Interventional Cardiology
  • Experience launching or scaling new technologies within NHS or private healthcare.
  • Strong clinical communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent relationship-building with clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • 7–10+ years’ healthcare sales experience, ideally in medical devices or cardiovascular technologies.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% of the time to hospitals, clinic centres and customer meetings
