Take and share accountability for effective end-to-end execution including collaboration with Managed or Shared Services as well as other related teams within SAP. Execute relevant projects, providing hands-on support to the business while growing your experience.

Align with your stakeholders Understand the needs of your stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency and impact, expanding process standards to other lines of the business when beneficial.

What You Bring Accountability

  • You will be responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub projects
  • Work independently within given area of responsibility (within defined policies and processes)
  • Contribute to milestones

Complexity

  • Contribute and work on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity
  • Work is independent & collaborative in nature
  • Provide regular updates to manager or project manager on project status
  • Decisions/solutions can essentially enhance existing systems & processes

Experience Strong competence with various tools, procedures, and systems used to accomplish the job

Communication

  • Build collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP
  • Communicate clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes and policies
  • Communicate relevant messages in a timely manner and provides constructive feedback to colleagues and managers
