The Real Assets Sales Specialist will be an integral member of a dynamic sales team that collaborates closely with investment analysts and marketing professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with insights on real asset opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with research and investment teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning in the real assets sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and client education materials.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively address client concerns and inform sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance and key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within real assets, real estate, or infrastructure sectors, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience with a recurring subscription based revenue model is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in both German and English, with a strong understanding of the DACH market dynamics.
