Autosmart Essex, a dynamic franchise under the Autosmart brand, is seeking a Salesperson to join their on-site team in Braintree, Essex. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to represent a market leader in the automotive cleaning and maintenance industry. Autosmart is renowned for its professional-grade products used across car dealerships, garages, and valeting services.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting a diverse product range, and achieving sales targets. The role offers autonomy and flexibility, with the support of a fully equipped company truck/showroom to help deliver both service and products directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visiting and servicing existing customers to maintain and grow business

• Replenishing stock and introducing new product lines

• Identifying and winning new business through networking and cold outreach

• Providing tailored product advice and live demonstrations

• Managing product inventory and timely deliveries using a mobile showroom

• Hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Reporting on customer activity, sales progress, and opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B or field sales environments

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule

• Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
