Description:

JSS Transform is seeking a highly experienced SAP PaPM Finance Consultant to join its dynamic consulting team. This hybrid contract role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge ERP transformations with a particular focus on SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) within S/4HANA environments.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of PaPM models that support financial performance, profitability analysis, and cost allocations. You will collaborate with finance, controlling, and IT teams to transform complex business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions using the SAP PaPM toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP PaPM including requirements gathering, data modeling, configuration, testing, and go-live support

• Design and configure cost allocation methodologies such as step-down and activity-based costing

• Integrate SAP PaPM with S/4HANA FI‑CO, BW/BW4HANA, and external systems using ETL/data flow processes

• Build and optimize large-scale financial and forecasting models for profitability simulations and dashboard reporting

• Support user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

• Drive continuous model performance improvement and system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP PaPM implementation and configuration

• Strong understanding of SAP FI-CO processes including cost accounting and profitability analysis

• Experience with ETL processes and integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources

• Advanced data modeling and performance optimization skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in PaPM, FI/CO, BW, or Analytics Cloud

• Familiarity with reporting platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or BW/4HANA

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of SAP PaPM consulting experience

• Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills

• Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with international teams
