Scheduling Administrator

 

Description:


As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Effectively managing the allocation of civilian slots within the rules permitted under the RAF Northolt Terms and Conditions for Civilian Operators and the Aerodrome Operating Manual.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
 

  • Produce forms and take payment from operators, where a crew has not paid, Forms to be sent to Accounts Flight with surcharges
  • Conduct checks for the next day’s flying programme, including crew/pax details and billing address. Chase the operator for any missing details. Issue operator with PPR if the details are correct and conduct end of day banking procedures
  • Hold and maintain crew/passenger database according to GDPR and Reporting health & safety and environmental incidents via Babcock and RAF procedures
  • Update daily flying programme on MoD provided booking system for stakeholders to view whilst keeping aircraft insurance and indemnity assurance charge waiver databases up to date
  • Notify the Supervisor of any complaints and liaising, If there are problems, escalate to the Duty Operations Controller (DOC)

     

This role is Full time and based onsite at RAF Northolt.

Essential experience of the Scheduling Administrator:

Previous experience of the following:
 

  • Maintaining a customer database to ensure addresses and contact details are up to date fully understanding GDPR requirements
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Administration duties
  • Reporting processes and updating of all policies and procedure in line with health and safety
