Description:

PrecisionAQ’s Omnichannel Solutions Group is looking for a talented and driven Senior Account Manager to join its UK team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine account management, business development, and program delivery expertise, working with global, regional, and local biopharma clients.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will nurture long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of omnichannel engagement strategies. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experts in insights, strategy, implementation, and measurement, you will play a critical role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring all needs and challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention and engagement.
  • Provide regular project updates, industry insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

🔹 Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals showcasing PrecisionAQ’s value proposition and omnichannel expertise.
  • Lead responses to international RFPs, preparing customized and compelling proposals.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and confidently pitch solutions to senior stakeholders.

🔹 Program Delivery:

  • Oversee and coordinate client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal consulting teams to align on strategy, resourcing, and project execution.
  • Manage client expectations and address project challenges proactively.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to enhance future project quality and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience in account management, consulting, or business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
✅ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes, including commercial strategy and regulatory affairs.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong, long-term client relationships.
Fluency in English (additional EU5 language skills a plus).
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
✅ Established network of key decision-makers within the pharma sector.
✅ Experience developing data-driven, customer-centric proposals and solutions.
