Harbourne Associates, on behalf of one of the fastest-growing names in global cosmetics, is seeking an International Senior Account Manager to manage the high-profile Sephora account across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and the UAE. This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned commercial leader eager to take Sephora account management experience international.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the trading relationship with Sephora, driving growth in revenue, margin, and market share across premium and mass cosmetics categories. They will fully own the P&L, create compelling customer and channel strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Sales teams. This role requires confidence in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders at VP/Global level, along with the ability to act as a visible leader and role model within a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the strategic partnership with Sephora across multiple Middle Eastern markets.
Deliver strong revenue, margin, and market share growth across cosmetics categories.
Own and manage the full P&L while driving commercial strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Sales.
Influence senior-level stakeholders and executives within both the company and Sephora.
Act as a leader and role model within a high-performing commercial team.
Required Experience:
Proven experience as NAM/SNAM specifically managing Sephora accounts in the UK, Europe, or International.
Strong commercial track record in beauty, cosmetics, or closely related categories.
Confident in owning and managing P&L.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
Ability to operate at pace in high-growth environments.
Gravitas and collaborative leadership style with ambition to contribute to building a global powerhouse brand.
