Description:
Version 1, a renowned consultancy and service provider in the tech industry, is seeking a Senior Azure Administrator to join their growing team. This role involves directly working with customers to design, implement, and support Azure solutions while mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for managing services including Azure and DevOps and will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- Serve as the focal point for major incidents or investigations.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and ISO 20000 IT Service Management frameworks.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Create and manage documentation such as design documents, processes, and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Azure Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server.
- Specialization in at least 3 technical areas (Kubernetes, SCCM, M365, WAF, Citrix, Storage, or Azure).
- Experience with private and public cloud networks, including VMware, HyperV, Office365, AWS, Azure, Citrix.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, site replication, and storage solutions.
- Ability to handle complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Technical Requirements:
- Practical working experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, SCCM, M365, WAF, Citrix, and other relevant technologies.
- Expertise in disaster recovery and site replication solutions.
