• Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Manage the marketing budget to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Lead and mentor a Brand Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Analyse and report on marketing performance, ensuring alignment with the brand’s sustainability and innovation goals
