• to expand services into Fire Engineering design and overseeing growth and development for Fire Engineering safety services
• closely with the design team on building design ensure high safety standards are adhered to.
• technical expertise

Skills and Experience required for the Senior Building Control Surveyor/Safety Advisor role:-

• qualified in a relevant building/construction related discipline
• record in building control
• either MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB.
• knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
• Engineering qualification
