Senior Building Surveyor

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of professional and project services across both the public and private sectors. You will work on varied portfolios that may include commercial offices, residential developments, retail spaces, and more.

You will have autonomy over your workload and client relationships while being supported by a collaborative and well-established team. Your primary goal will be to drive quality service delivery, develop client accounts, and contribute to business growth through excellence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering building surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, and party wall matters

• Managing and executing refurbishment and fit-out projects

• Overseeing contract administration and project management duties

• Maintaining and building strong client relationships

• Supporting business development and contributing to team expansion

• Leading junior team members and offering technical guidance when needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related field

• MRICS Chartered status (or actively working towards chartership)

• Strong technical knowledge across core surveying duties

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

• A commercially astute professional with a keen eye for business opportunities
