As Senior Client Manager, you will work independently, taking charge of multiple projects while supporting senior colleagues. You will act as the primary point of contact for your client, ensuring seamless project delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Independently manage multiple programmes of work, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met.
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building trust and ensuring smooth communication.
✅ Own all project-related administration, including budgets, resource planning, timelines, and reports.
✅ Proactively manage commercial aspects of the account, providing regular financial updates and ensuring projects remain within scope and budget.
✅ Identify opportunities for account growth and additional project work, nurturing client relationships for long-term partnership success.
✅ Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, finance, and operations to deliver exceptional work.
✅ Support new business development initiatives alongside senior leadership, contributing to pitches and proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Proven experience within a design and branding agency (Essential).
🏦 Experience working with financial services clients is preferred (Experience in professional services also considered).
📊 Strong project management and client management skills, able to juggle multiple workstreams at once.
🗂️ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail across budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
💬 Outstanding communication skills, able to confidently engage with clients and internal teams.
📈 Commercially savvy with an understanding of account profitability and growth strategies.
