Senior Creative Designer

Description:

Altus Group is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join its Brand and Design team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the company's visual identity, responsible for creating engaging and effective design assets across print and digital media. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand & Design and working closely with the Art Director, this role requires creativity, technical design proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing brand assets that reflect Altus Group’s identity.

• Manage creative briefs, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.

• Design reports, infographics, data visualizations, and promotional content.

• Produce signage and collateral for events.

• Edit and package videos for digital platforms.

• Develop branded Microsoft Office templates.

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

• Stay updated on design trends and tools.

• Coordinate with external agencies on design execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional design role.

• Experience with video editing and animation.

• Familiarity with digital design systems.

• Strong grasp of brand identity principles.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and template design.
