Description:
As Senior Director, Global Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact pricing strategies for pharmaceutical clients worldwide. Under the guidance of the Global Market Access and Pricing Lead, you will lead complex pricing projects throughout the product lifecycle, mentor a high-performing team, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Provides leadership on projects for multiple clients and/or therapeutic areas
- Responsible for the strategic management of client relationships
- Responsible for business development activities, including client presentations and proposal development
- Collaborates with other functions, such as market access, HEOR, RWE, medical writing, statistics, etc.
- Researches, monitors, and reviews the pricing landscape to support specific questions of interest
- Develops and / or reviews study reports and scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)
- Supports goals for practice area / service line growth with inputs into innovative business expansion and / or new services
- Contributes to the recruitment, training, and mentoring of junior staff
- Maintains chargeability requirement
Education
- A postgraduate degree (eg, Ph.D., M.D.) in a relevant discipline preferred. Master's degree in a relevant discipline (eg, Health Economics, Pharmacy Administration, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Clinical Epidemiology, Public Health Policy)
Work Experience
- 15+ years of experience in global pricing—ideally within a consultancy
- Proven track record of leading global pricing strategy projects and managing client relationships at the senior leadership level
