ARM Ltd is partnering with a technology-led electrical engineering and compliance business to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager.

This is a senior, high-impact role leading pricing, bids, and commercial governance across long-term, mission-critical contracts. You’ll be a strategic commercial partner, shaping how work is priced, bids are submitted, and risk is managed—far from the chaos of traditional contracting.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end bid and estimation processes
• Develop pricing strategy, commercial systems, and governance
• Improve bid quality, consistency, and throughput
• Manage scope, risk, and margin protection
• Mentor and grow the commercial function

About you:

• Experienced Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager in complex environments
• Strong commercial acumen, confident with data and structured pricing
• Calm, professional, long-term thinking, with leadership capability
