Description:

This creative business has produced some of the most celebrated titles in the industry, with a history of international success and a reputation for high-quality, culturally significant work.

Having recently expanded into high-end television drama, the company is entering a dynamic new phase with several exciting projects in development. With production activity set to increase over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the heart of the entertainment industry.

The Role

This is a newly created role a close-knit finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with international colleagues. The position has been designed to bring structure, accuracy, and efficiency to the company’s finance, royalties, and distribution reporting.

  • Raise invoices relating to sales and royalties receivable.
  • Support in managing financial backlogs and ensuring all royalties statements are up to date.
  • Liaise with the international sales teams to ensure seamless data transfer and reporting.
  • Support ongoing process improvements, including the use of Sun Systems and reporting enhancements.

What we need to see (essential):

  • Previous experience in royalties or distribution reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data manipulation).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with international teams.
