Senior Finance Reporting Analyst

Gecko Travel Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an award-winning adventure travel company to recruit a Senior Finance Reporting Analyst. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative finance team and contribute to projects across the organization. As a key player within a small finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with teams across the business, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts to support business performance reviews.

• Provide Management Information (MI) reports by interpreting and manipulating large data sets.

• Assist with the processing of weekly supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Support the preparation of quarterly team presentations and board reports, contributing financial insights and analysis.

• Perform regular reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts to ensure financial integrity.

• Assist in month-end processes, including the posting of journals and other financial entries.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and present large volumes of data in a clear, concise manner.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, busy environment.

• Initiative and self-motivation to manage responsibilities effectively without constant supervision.

• ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or equivalent experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows OS, and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience working in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
