Description:

We're working with a growing PE backed green energy company based in London looking to recruit a commercially astute finance professional. Reporting into the finance director, the remit of the role is to provide the business with the best possible financial planning for decision making, including overall responsibility for reviewing and preparation of key management reporting and analysis to a best in class standard.

The organisation is expected to enjoy significant and sustained growth and this role will be decisive in building structures to support that next phase of development. Key responsibilities will include:-

• Lead the financial planning process - five year business plan, annual budgeting & quarterly re-forecasting
• Analysing business performance (revenue forecasting, utilisation, trend analysis)
• Presenting financial information and reports to the Board
• Creating new internal reporting and planning processes to improve the flow of financial information
• Managing cashflow and being a direct link to investment
• Strategic financial analysis for future opportunities including reviews post commencement
• Supporting in the negotiation of commercial contracts
