Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Energi People is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a dynamic and growing consultancy in a pivotal leadership role. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion

• Mentor and guide a young, dynamic team of engineers

• Take day-to-day responsibility for office and on-site operations, reporting directly to the owner

• Engage in technical design and assessment for geotechnical structures such as retaining walls, piles, soil nails, and reinforced earth systems

• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports including GIRs, GDRs, BIAs, GMAs, etc.

• Work closely with a diverse range of clients including developers, engineers, architects, local authorities, and private individuals

• Participate in financial and commercial aspects of the consultancy, with opportunities for long-term leadership and business development

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 10 years of geotechnical design/consulting experience

• Strong mix of commercial, theoretical, and practical engineering knowledge
