The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the role will focus on employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational change, ensuring high-quality HR support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist HR advice on employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievances, and performance management.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying and implementing service delivery improvements.
- Engage and train stakeholders to enhance managerial competence and reduce litigation risks.
- Support the HR Business Partner in executing HR projects and process improvements.
- Directly line manage the HR Assistant.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment legislation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and organizational change.
- Ability to lead projects and contribute to HR strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
