The Senior HR Recruitment Consultant (Senior HR Lead) will work with a dynamic executive search firm to drive business development and deliver exceptional HR recruitment services to a diverse client base. This is a remote-first role, ideal for strategic and results-oriented recruitment professionals with a hunter mindset and a passion for connecting top talent with leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and US markets.

• Build long-term consultative relationships with clients, advising on recruitment strategies and talent needs.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Assessment:

• Develop creative strategies to identify high-quality HR candidates across multiple channels.

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure strong client-candidate matches.

• Present comprehensive shortlists with clear insights on candidate fit and strengths.

Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead the full search process, coordinating logistics, interviews, assessments, and feedback.

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.

• Ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for both clients and candidates.

Market Insights & Thought Leadership:

• Stay updated on industry trends and talent dynamics within the HR sector.

• Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and strategic planning support.

Requirements / About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR recruitment or executive search.

• Strong commercial instincts with a proactive, hunter mentality.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes assignments simultaneously.

• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strategic, resilient, and outcome-driven.
