In this pivotal role, you will manage, maintain, and optimise the organisation’s global HR technology infrastructure, primarily focusing on Workday. Your expertise will ensure seamless system performance, drive process automation, and deliver business-critical solutions that enhance employee experience worldwide.

Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line HRIS support, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Deploy configuration and code changes across both non-production and production environments.
Maintain and develop system integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, REST, SOAP, and related APIs.
Manage technical components of Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent, and Reporting.
Lead system upgrades, vendor-led fixes, and technical enhancement projects.
Ensure data integrity, security, access control, and compliance across all HR systems.
Create and manage advanced reports, dashboards (BIRT), and data analytics solutions.
Explore and implement AI-driven automation within Workday to increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with vendors and the Senior HR Applications Analyst.
Significant hands-on Workday expertise across key modules and integrations.
In-depth understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and custom reporting.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, EIB, Workday Studio, and data transformation tools.
Experience managing cloud-based Workday environments and integrations.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver scalable solutions.
Strong Excel skills and solid SQL/data reporting knowledge.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards in HRIS environments.
Experience in Workday data migration/conversion from legacy systems (preferred).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative mindset.
