Senior Interior Designer

Description:

A prestigious high-end residential design studio in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a talented team of 12. This role is ideal for a confident all-rounder who can take ownership of projects, leading them from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role across both creative and delivery phases of luxury residential projects. You will manage high-value schemes, oversee job sites and trades, and act as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end residential projects from design concept through to completion.

• Oversee and coordinate drawing packages, including bathrooms, kitchens, joinery, electrical, and floor plans.

• Confidently manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation.

• Present design concepts and project updates to clients with professionalism and clarity.

• Manage and direct contractors and trades on-site, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Support and mentor junior designers within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in luxury residential interiors.

• Excellent technical drawing skills (CAD or Vectorworks).

• Proven ability to run projects independently and manage on-site works.

• Skilled in both creative and technical aspects of interior design.

• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing abilities.

• Able to work full-time in-studio, Monday–Friday, 9.30am–6pm.
