Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed on a new Senior Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This is a chance for a Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top tier and friendly in-house team at a global high performing company.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of existing customer relationships and associated contracts and the contractual review processCreate and maintain legal policies and proceduresCompleting internal governance processes
About you
Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm ideally with secondment/in-house experienceStrong knowledge of commercial contracts including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurementAround 6 + PQEExcellent academic record
