Description:

Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a leading global law firm who are looking for a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager. This role is working in their London office, 3 days per week, to lead, drive, and advise on business development and marketing activities within the Private Wealth practice group.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the market presence, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing client relationships. Supported by a Business Development and Marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving collaboration, developing campaigns, and ensuring the successful implementation of business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business development plans and budget proposals.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights on marketplace trends.
• Carry out a client listening programme with key clients
• Execute targeted campaigns and oversee marketing materials creation and client engagement.
• Managing the small team to drive growth in this practice area.

Experience Required:

• Significant business development and marketing experience in a professional services environment, ideally within Private Wealth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills working with Partners and Fee Earners to understand business priorities and advise accordingly.
• Developing and implementing impactful business plans and marketing campaigns.
• A collaborative approach and good leadership skills.
