Senior Marketing Manager

Description:

A leading and award-winning property developer is looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Marketing Manager to join their multi-layered team during a crucial and busy period. This role involves working on beautiful residential developments across London, taking the lead on marketing strategy implementation and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Project manage and refine key marketing collaterals including brochures, digital content, websites, and floor plans.
✔ Take the lead on all internal and external communications across the business.
✔ Develop and deliver marketing campaign ideas to key stakeholders.
✔ Work closely with appointed digital and offline agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
✔ Oversee and manage social media and PPC campaigns (paid and organic), leveraging the latest digital marketing trends.
✔ Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports.

Experience & Skills Required:

✔ At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in property development.
✔ Proven leadership skills, with at least 3+ direct reports in a line management role.
✔ Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple marketing assets.
✔ Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign management.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
