SheRanked is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their doctor-led women’s health platform on a freelance basis for a 12-month contract. This part-time remote role (approx. 1 day/week) is ideal for a mission-driven marketing expert who is passionate about advancing women's health through ethical, medically sound digital solutions.

As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate directly with Dr. Christina Davies, the founder of SheRanked, to develop and articulate a compelling and trustworthy brand presence. You will craft multi-channel content that resonates with both women navigating their health and app developers aiming to support them through innovative tools. The role blends strategic storytelling with impactful audience engagement in a values-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance SheRanked's brand voice across all platforms.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that reflect the organization’s ethical and mission-driven focus.

• Create educational and engaging content tailored to women and health app developers.

• Translate complex health and medical information into accessible, trustworthy messages.

• Ensure alignment between clinical accuracy and ethical integrity in communication.

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and grow audience engagement within women’s health networks.

• Leverage performance data to optimize content and marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in healthtech, wellness, or startups.

• Strong storyteller and communicator with a nuanced understanding of tone, care, and sensitivity, especially in women’s health.

• Proactive, independent, and highly adaptable in a startup environment.

• Demonstrated passion for ethical marketing and amplifying trustworthy health communication.

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and evolving the role as the company scales.

Compensation & Commitment:

• Rate: £135/day (freelance, project-based).

• Time Commitment: Approximately 1 day per week.

• Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for long-term leadership role as SheRanked grows.
