Senior Mechanical QC Engineer
Description:
Senior Mechanical QC Engineer for a major energy-from-waste project in London.
Key requirements:
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in mechanical QA/QC, ideally within power generation, industrial boilers or HRSG projects.
• Proven experience in boiler erection, particularly water wall panels, pressure parts, headers and associated piping.
• Strong knowledge of welding inspection, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications and NDT coordination.
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs, quality documentation, material traceability and hydrostatic pressure testing.
• Relevant engineering qualifications. CSWIP, IWE or similar welding inspection qualifications would be advantageous.
