Requirements for the Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst:

• Extensive experience providing 1st – 3rd Line IT Support
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience
• Power Platforms experience
• SQL and Excel experience

Responsibilities for the Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Analyst role:

• Providing Support (mainly 2nd-3rd line) to a variety of different users
• Enhancing the functionalities of Microsoft 365
• Designing robust solutions that elevate productivity for the business.
