Are you a commercially astute National Account Manager with a passion for the foodservice sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premium food manufacturer with a strong European heritage, known for its high-quality bakery and dessert products.

With operations across Europe and North America, the business is growing rapidly in the UK and has ambitious plans for further expansion. This role will be key in managing and developing strategic national accounts across London and the South East, a crucial growth region for the business.

Why This Role?

As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll take direct responsibility for a portfolio of high profile national end user customers within the hospitality, hotel, airline, and contract catering sectors. This includes some of the UK’s most recognisable premium dining and hospitality brands such as Gordon Ramsay Group, Pizza Express, Zizzi, Dishoom, Hilton Hotels, Radisson Hotels, and British Airways.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at these accounts, developing tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams across NPD, marketing and operations. If you enjoy owning customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow share, and playing a central role in a commercially ambitious business, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of National Account end-user customers
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Business Development Managers across the South East
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across your account base
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities in partnership with clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide bespoke, insight-led customer solutions
  • Contribute to the wider commercial strategy through market insight and customer feedback
  • Maintain a strong understanding of foodservice trends and competitor activity

Who You Are

  • Experienced in national account management within foodservice, hospitality or catering
  • Skilled at developing strategic, multi-site customer relationships
  • Commercially focused with a strong track record of account growth
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at a senior level
  • Proactive, results-oriented and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits

£60,000 to £65,000 basic salary, 20% bonus, company car or £7,000 car allowance, healthcare, pension, and 33 days holiday.

Location

Home-based role with regular travel across the South of England and easy access to the London head office.
