Senior Occupational Therapist

You’ll join Jacqui Cartwright Operations Manager in the Midlands who has managed supported services for over 17 years, and the rest of the team including our Mental Health Practitioner Leads. Your clinical supervision with be delivered by our OT Clinical Expert Victoria Darcy. You will also link into our wider clinical team. We’re super passionate about what we do! This is a brand-new team working at a national level, even though we are spread out a bit, we’re a supportive bunch and will help you settle right in.

• Flexible working hours (we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you)
• To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
• You’ll manage your own diary, so if you need to nip out to walk the dog or do the school run, we’re ok with that!
• This is a hybrid role working out in our services supporting teams and managers across the country, so no two days will be the same. You will also spend time working from home and if there is a local office you can pop in there too. We promote anchor days to support an office day.
• Able to use technology for completing online learning, collaborating with colleagues and writing, updating notes/reports etc.
• We’ll support with your continual professional development as well maintaining your professional registration through regular clinical supervision and reflective practice.
