This is a key leadership role that combines strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management, offering the unique opportunity to work directly alongside the agency owner in shaping the firm's future.

The agency specializes in B2B PR and works across multiple industries, including the financial services sector. The incoming PR Director will lead and grow a high-performing team while overseeing key accounts and ensuring both creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the PR team

• Collaborate directly with the agency owner on high-level strategic decisions and business growth plans

• Manage day-to-day agency operations including resource planning, workflow, and client satisfaction

• Lead key client accounts from concept to execution, delivering impactful PR strategies and campaigns

• Maintain and build strong relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and industry networks

• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base

Required Skills & Experience:

• Substantial experience in senior roles within PR agencies, preferably with B2B and financial services exposure

• Proven leadership and people management skills with a track record of mentoring successful teams

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach

• Deep knowledge of PR, including media relations, crisis communication, and content strategy

• Excellent multitasking abilities and capable of thriving under pressure

• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
