An exciting opportunity is available for an Experienced Social Worker to join a supportive and collaborative Children's Safeguarding team in the West Midlands. This role offers a welcoming, team-focused environment where you will work in a small, open office with extremely supportive team managers who value your expertise and success.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the Children’s Safeguarding team to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop effective child protection strategies
• Engage in case assessments, planning, and interventions for children at risk

Required Proficiencies/Experience:

• Social Work England (SWE) registration – essential
• Proven experience in Children’s Safeguarding
• Strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and families

Salary/Benefits:
