S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global, is seeking a Senior Lead to join its Credit Solutions Market Development team, focused specifically on RatingsDirect—the flagship platform for credit ratings and financial intelligence.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, offering the opportunity to support the business’s growth, improve pricing systems, and ensure pricing alignment with strategic business goals across global markets including investment management, banking, insurance, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pricing strategy and execution for RatingsDirect

• Oversee internal workflows and streamline pricing-related processes

• Lead pricing analysis, enhancements, documentation, and approvals

• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, commercial, and market development teams

• Manage systems related to pricing and contracting, ensuring efficient performance

• Generate insights through business intelligence and data-driven policy development

Requirements:

• 10–12+ years in financial services, ideally in pricing, product, or market development roles

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in finance, business, economics)

• MBA / Master’s / CFA preferred

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

• Deep knowledge of financial markets and pricing strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional projects

• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
