Senior Product Director

Description:

The Product Director will act as a critical bridge between advanced data capabilities and tangible business outcomes. Working in close partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will advise on strategic investments, develop enterprise-grade data and AI products, and drive measurable value through carefully prioritised initiatives.

This role demands a leader capable of influencing board-level decision making, aligning technical and commercial priorities, and orchestrating complex, cross-functional product strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing effective governance, optimising product delivery processes, and ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of data and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a data and AI product strategy that delivers clear, quantifiable business outcomes
• Partner with C-suite and divisional leadership to translate complex business challenges into product solutions
• Develop and lead a high performing, multidisciplinary team across Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence and AI
• Implement robust product governance frameworks, value measurement processes, and sophisticated ROI tracking mechanisms
• Advise on build versus buy decisions and investment priorities, balancing time to value with long term strategic requirements
• Drive enterprise-wide data and AI adoption through education, leadership, and well executed product initiatives
