At Unity, the Customer Success and Operations (CSOps) organization’s mission is to support and train Unity customers in using RT3D tools and services. Our Senior Product Manager, Customer Success will drive strategic projects that will directly influence the success of our developers across our tools.

Short-term success in your role means supporting and driving current product initiatives in the roadmap for 2025, gaining subject matter expertise across all of our customer success product offerings.

Long-term success will be defined by scaling our products for a growing business, and building a long-term strategy to ensure our portfolio of services are solving customer challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
 

  • Drive the development and maintenance of assigned products or product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities, and market trends.
  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end product development lifecycle for assigned CSOps product SKUs and services, ensuring seamless execution and effective project management.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and challenges across Customer Success services.
  • Collaborate and drive alignment across numerous stakeholders (including CSOps leadership, internal product management teams, sales, customer success teams, marketing, and operations), aligning CSOps product strategy with business goals.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for the CSOps product portfolio, evaluating the success and impact of product initiatives.

     

What We're Looking For
 

  • Data-driven mentality, with experience defining product metrics and using customer data to guide future product plans
  • Experience successfully launching a new product from conceptualization to launch, and ongoing management of a product post-launch.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience driving for alignment across multiple partners and teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, including prior experience with roadmap creation, customer research, and margin analysis.
