Senior Project Controls Manager

Description:

An international defence client, represented by Copello, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects and programmes. This role is based in Bristol with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the office.

As the Senior Project Controls Manager, you will lead the implementation and execution of robust project controls measures that cover scope, cost, time, quality, and risk. You will manage a team of project control professionals while working closely with project and programme managers to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, performance management using EVM, planning and scheduling oversight, cost tracking, risk management, and the enforcement of change and configuration control processes. You will also assure governance standards are applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing project controls in large-scale, complex projects

• Strong working knowledge of project controls functions (cost, schedule, risk, change, etc.)

• Ability to lead teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance
