Senior Property Consultant

Description:

This is a full-time position, we are looking for a Senior Property Consultant for our Exeter city office to expand and grow the business, provide excellent customer service to both the vendor and purchaser for both Rosewood Property and Star Investment Properties.

A day in the life of a Property Sales Consultant

• You will start your day with a morning meeting with the team
• You will prepare for your valuations, gathering your comparable and associated reports
• You will conduct sales valuations
• You will follow up on your valuations and have a keen eye for new business generation
• You will actively prospect for new business
• You will list new properties onto our CRM software
• Carry out viewings and negotiate sales
• Carry out sales progression through to completion

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Estate Agency
• Excellent communication and customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record in property sales
• Knowledge of Exeter and the surrounding areas would be a bonus
